Transcripts
Employees must submit official transcripts to the SFUSD salary office. Accredited schools or universities can send their transcripts electronically to salary@sfusd.edu. If your school or university is unable to send a digital copy of your transcripts, please have them mail the original, unopened transcripts to:

Note: Photocopies and faxes will not be accepted. If you picked up the sealed transcript from the school or had it sent to yourself, do not open the envelope, it must remain sealed when presented to the salary office.
Verification of Experience Form
Employees who have previous (teaching/nursing/social worker/psychologist/counseling) experience must have their previous employers complete a Verification of Experience Form provided by the salary office. Verification of Experience forms must be completed by your previous employers’ Human Resources/Payroll office, as forms signed by principals will not be accepted. These can be emailed to salary@sfusd.edu.
If your previous employer is unable to email a copy of the completed form, they may fax it to Attn: Salary Office at (415) 241-6375 or mail the completed form to:
