Your salary step is not found in your paystub. Instead, it is in your Employee File in EMPowerSF.
- Access the EMPowerSF system using your SFUSD login credentials. Once you are authenticated, the home screen landing page will populate.
- Go to Home > My Employee File
- Select Employment Information
- Scroll down to Job Information. You may have to click the Show More button to expand the panel. Here, you should see: Pay Scale Group and Pay Scale Level.
- After checking your Step level, you can go to the Pay Information tab.
- Scroll down to Pay Information / Compensation Information. The clock icon allows users to see the history of changes for compensation details. Based on the screenshot you can see the annualized salary of the employee, as well as other pay components that are annualized.
