- To access your benefit plans, login to empowersf.sfusd.edu using your SFUSD Google account. Once you are authenticated, the home screen landing page will populate.
- From here, click Home on the upper left hand corner of the page and select My Employee File.
- Move down to, or click on the tab Benefits Overview.
- Under Active Enrollments, you will see a summary of your benefits.
- You can also view your Benefits Confirmation Statement to print or download a summary of your benefits.
Eligible employees can enroll themselves and eligible family members in medical, dental, vision and Flexible Spending Account benefits. Enrollment or changes must take place within 30 days of start work date, no later than 30 days after a qualifying event, or during Open Enrollment in October.
If you need to change your benefits, you may be able to do so in the case of a qualifying event. If a qualifying event exists, you can download the enrollment form and send it to the benefits office within 30 days of the qualifying event.
