When there is a need to designate an Acting AP/Principal in the absence of the Principal/AP at a site, the pay premium Tch Serve as AP or Tch Serve as Principal can be added on each day in whole or half day increments (0.5 or 1.0) in the unit column. Only the manager or timekeeper can add it to a timesheet.
If an AP is serving as principal and is entitled to receive the higher pay premium for serving for more than 15 days, the paycodes below must be entered: AP Serve as Princ < 15 Days followed by AP Serve as Princ > 15 Days
